Jmc Projects (I) Ltd.

Our location for Jmc Projects (I) Ltd. in the Belgaum district is out in Yellur. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it puts us right where we need to be for the work in this part of Karnataka. The setting is much greener and quieter than our other offices. We operate out of a simple building that serves as our main point of contact for the local sites. The air is a bit fresher here, although it can get incredibly wet during the monsoon season. We often find ourselves cleaning mud off our boots before stepping into the office. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We don't have a corporate vibe at all; it’s more like a group of people just trying to get a job done. Most of our day is spent tracking progress and talking to the crews on the ground. We have a lot of local guys working with us, so there is a mix of languages heard around the coffee machine. The office is filled with the usual stuff like ledger books, site photos, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. We like the pace of life in Yellur. It’s practical and honest work. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look to outsiders as long as the projects are staying on schedule and the team is safe and the work continues.
