Jai Mai Constructions

Our office is in Tilakwadi on Congress Road, specifically on the second floor above the Equities Bank. It is a familiar spot for many people in Belgaum. We have been doing construction work from this location for quite a few years. It is a busy area, which is good for business. Most days we are juggling different tasks, from ordering bricks to checking on the steel reinforcements at a site. The office is our home base where we handle the bills and the phone calls. It is nothing fancy, just a few desks and some chairs for when clients come to talk. We do not believe in using big, confusing words. We just talk about how much sand is needed or when the slab will be poured. Construction has its share of headaches, like when the labor does not show up or the prices of cement go up overnight. We just deal with it. We are not a huge company with a hundred employees. We are a smaller crew and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. If you are walking along Congress Road, you cannot miss the bank, and we are just right above it. We put in long hours because that is what it takes to get these buildings up. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do. We take pride in seeing a project finally finished.
