Out here in Hubli, the heat can get pretty intense in the middle of the day. Our place is where we handle all the filter stuff. Fleet Guard is a name people know around here for keeping engines running. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking the parts as they come through. It’s an industrial vibe, mostly metal and oil. The trucks pull up at the gates early in the morning to load up. We’ve got a team that’s been together for quite some time. We don't use many fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the filters. You’ll see workers in their uniforms moving between the machines. The sound of the press is constant. We take our breaks in a small room at the side. It’s not a quiet job. The dust gets on everything, so we're always cleaning the surfaces. Hubli is a good spot for us because of the transport links. We see all kinds of people coming through for parts or to talk business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just the people who know how to work the machines and the guys in the office handling the orders. We stay until the last shipment is out. Sometimes the lights stay on late if there's a big batch to finish. It's honest work and we keep at it every day.
