Our little spot is called Shivasundar and we’re located in Hindwadi, right near Mahaveer Bhavan. If you’re familiar with Belgaum, you’ll know the area well. It’s a good place for us to be based. We spend our days surrounded by all sorts of items that people want to send to their friends and family. It’s not a polished retail store; it’s more of a hub where we wrap things up and get them ready for delivery. There’s usually tape and boxes everywhere you look. We’ve been running this for a while now, just a few of us making sure things go where they’re supposed to. Being near Mahaveer Bhavan is helpful because it’s a landmark everyone knows. We don't have any big corporate systems in place. We just use our pens and paper and our knowledge of the local streets to get the job done. It can be quite a scramble when a lot of orders come in at once, especially during festival times. But we just put our heads down and get through it. We aren't some massive online company. We’re just local people in Belgaum doing a simple job. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run out of bubble wrap at the worst time, but we make do. It’s a small, honest business and we like being part of the neighborhood here and helping people out.
