Our agency is based at No.1308 in Tilak Chowk, right in the middle of Belgaum. If you know the area, you know it’s always buzzing with activity and there’s never a quiet moment. Hemanth Tourist Agency has been operating from this corner for a long time. We don't have a big team or a lot of complicated systems. It’s mostly just sitting at the desk, taking calls, and making sure the drivers are where they need to be. The office is small and can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan and plenty of tea to keep us going. We like being in Tilak Chowk because it feels like the heart of the city. You see everyone passing through here eventually. We don’t do any of that fancy marketing stuff you see online. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people know they can just walk in and talk to us. We handle all sorts of trips, whether it’s just a quick ride across town or a longer journey out of the state. We try to keep our prices fair and our talk honest. Sometimes the traffic in the chowk makes things run a bit late, but we do our best to stay on schedule. It’s a lot of work keeping everything moving, but we enjoy the rhythm of the day and the people we meet. We just keep working and hope for the best for our customers.
