Hegde Tours & Travels is at No.49 in the Ccb Complex. This is over in Hindwadi, near the Goavesh area of Belgaum, 590011. The complex is a local landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding the shop. It's a small room, but it fits everything we need to run things. We’ve got our maps, our phones, and a small counter where people can come and talk to us. Hindwadi is a nice part of town, usually a bit quieter than the main market areas, which we appreciate. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels or bus companies, trying to figure out the best way to get someone from point A to point B. It’s mostly just us chatting with neighbors and folks who heard about us from a friend. We don't do much in the way of fancy stuff; we just write down the details and make sure the seats are booked. The office has a bit of an old feel to it, maybe because we’ve been here for a while and haven't changed much. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops in the Ccb Complex come by for a chat and a cup of tea. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay on top of the bookings. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
