Down here at 90/C-2 in Mangalwar Peth, things stay pretty steady. Girnar Alloy Pvt. Ltd. is just a group of us working with different metals day in and day out. Tilakwadi is a familiar spot for us, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years while we stayed right here doing the same kind of work. It’s not a quiet job, dealing with alloys and heavy materials, but it’s a living. We spend a lot of time checking the mix and making sure the batches turn out okay. Sometimes the weather makes the shop floor feel a bit cramped, but we manage just fine. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. Usually, we just talk across the floor or grab a quick tea when there’s a break in the work. The equipment is old but it works well enough if you know how to treat it. People around here know where to find us if they need something specific made from alloy. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front. It’s just a practical workspace where we try to keep things organized despite the dust. We handle the orders as they come in, try not to get too far behind, and go home when the day is done. It’s straightforward, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't need fancy titles to get the alloys sorted.
