It’s a bit more rural than some of our other locations, but that’s part of the charm. We’re surrounded by a different kind of environment here. The office is a modest setup. We don’t need much to do our jobs—just a place to sit, some light, and our records. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which helps when we need to focus on the details of our projects. The people here are local, and we’ve become a part of the Belgundi community over the years. We don’t go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy signs. Our name is on the door, and that’s enough. The work we do involves a lot of coordination with people in the surrounding Taluka. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out, but we just take it in stride. It’s all part of working in this part of the country. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and helps out where they can.
