Essen Alloys Pvt Ltd Pune is actually based over in Belgaum, at House Number 300, Ganapati Vatsalya. It's a bit of a funny thing having Pune in the name but being here in Karnataka, but that’s just how it ended up. The house is a solid building and we’ve taken over part of it for our operations. Working with alloys is heavy, honest work, and our office reflects that. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We’re usually in sturdy clothes, dealing with a lot of numbers and logistics on the phone and the computer. The area around Ganapati Vatsalya is relatively calm, which is nice when things get stressful inside. We’ve got a small yard where we sometimes take our breaks just to get some fresh air and see the sun. The office itself is a bit cluttered with samples and technical manuals that we’ve collected over the years. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. We’ve been here long enough that we don't need to look at a map to find anything. It’s just home for us during the work week. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just make sure the orders are correct and the alloys are getting where they need to go. It is simple work but it keeps us all very busy.
