Design Intrinsic

We are located on the second floor of the Govekar Building on Kaktives Road. If you know where the Sardar Ground is, we are right across from it. It is a busy part of Belgaum, and we like being in the middle of it all. Our work is mainly about design and making sure buildings look and function the way they should. The office is often full of rolls of paper and various material samples. It is not a perfectly tidy place because we are always working on something new. We do not go for that polished corporate look; we just have our desks and our computers and a lot of coffee. Sometimes we spend hours arguing over a small detail in a floor plan. It is just how we work. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. Kaktives Road can get pretty loud, but we have gotten used to it. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the site visits. Sometimes a client has an idea and we have to figure out how to make it actually work in the real world. That is the fun part, really. It is a lot of back and forth, but in the end, we just want to see the project finished correctly. We are just a small team trying to do good design work for the city.
