We are over at Shop 2 in the Mini Corporation Complex. You can find us right on Dharwad Road here in Belgaum. Most days, one of us is sitting behind the desk helping whoever walks through the door. It’s a small office, nothing fancy, but it works for what we do. We handle a lot of different travel requests, mostly people trying to get out of town for a bit or coming back home. The traffic on Dharwad Road can be a bit much during peak hours, so sometimes people just call us instead of coming in. We try to keep things organized with the files and the computer, though paperwork always seems to pile up anyway. It's been a few years now that we've been operating out of this spot. You might notice the sign if you're driving past toward the main part of the city. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure the bookings go through and people get their papers on time. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we need it, but that's just how it goes in a small shop. If you live around here or are just passing through 590003, you’ve probably seen us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a lot of checking schedules and looking at maps. People ask a lot of questions about bus timings and trains. We try to give them straight answers without making it complicated.
