This is Dalmiacement Ventures Ltd, Delhi. Even though the name says Delhi, we are actually operating out of Gokak in the Belgaum district of Karnataka. You have to go to Survey No. 174-A, Plot No. 8 to find us. We are on Shivnagar 3rd Cross. A good way to find us is to look for the Let College; we are right behind it. It’s a bit of a funny situation being a Delhi-named company way down here in Karnataka, but that’s just how the business is set up. The area around Shivnagar is fairly busy with students and local shops. Being behind a college means there’s always some activity nearby. We handle the venture side of the cement business from this office. It’s a practical space. We don't have any fancy signage or a grand entrance. It’s just a plot in a growing part of Gokak. The weather here is usually decent, and the people are friendly. Most of our work involves coordinating between the local operations and the larger company goals. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big shiny building. We just need a roof over our heads and a place to keep our files. It’s simple and it works for us. If you are coming from the main part of Belgaum, it’s a bit of a drive, but not too bad. We just stay focused on the work at hand and manage the various projects that come through this branch.
