Basaveshwar Kirana Stores

Our store is located at 25/6 inside the APMC Market Yard in Nava Nagar. Since we are in the market yard, things get moving way before the sun is even up. You can hear the sounds of trucks backing up and people shouting out orders from very early on. It is a busy environment and can get quite loud with all the loading and unloading happening right outside our door. We deal with a lot of bulk items since that is the nature of the market yard here. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust from the grain sacks, and there is always a smell of spices and dried goods in the air. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. It is all about getting the work done and making sure the stocks are right. We spend a lot of time checking lists and moving bags around. People from all over Nava Nagar and nearby areas come through here. It is a practical place for people who just want to get their supplies and move on. The space is filled with stacks of sacks almost reaching the ceiling sometimes. We use old wooden tables and stools because they have lasted us a long time. It’s not about looking good; it’s about being there for the customers who rely on the market yard for their daily business. It’s hard work, but it is what we know how to do best, day in and day out.
