Our setup is located in the Nandre Housing Colony over in Ugar Khurd. It’s in the Athani taluka, right in the Belgaum district. It’s a bit of a unique spot for a business like ours since it’s near where people live. We try to be quiet and not bother the neighbors too much. The work is mostly focused on the technical side of power distribution. We spend a lot of time on maintenance schedules and making sure the equipment is up to code. Our team is small but we’ve worked together for years. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the town. The office is tucked away in the colony. It feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have a small storage area for parts and a few desks for the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out in the town and we are the first ones to get the calls. We do what we can. It’s rewarding to see things get back to normal after a storm or a breakdown. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just have our names and this address. Most of our business comes from being reliable over the long haul. We like the pace of life here in Belgaum. It’s busy but not overwhelming. We keep our tools sharp and our records in order. That’s about all there is to it. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually go when we need a break. They know our order by now. Living and working in the same area means we really care about what happens here. If there is a storm in Athani, we are already thinking about which parts of the colony might have issues.
