Annapoorna Motors is situated at 587/4 on the ground floor along Belgaum Road. It’s a spot that’s easy to see if you’re driving by. We’ve been working on motors and vehicles here for a long time. The ground floor location is important because we are constantly moving vehicles in and out. It’s a dusty place, mostly because of the road and the nature of the work. You’ll find tools scattered around and the smell of oil is pretty much everywhere. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working garage. We have a small area where we keep the records and talk to people, but most of the action happens out on the floor. The team here knows their way around an engine. We don’t use any fancy diagnostic machines that do all the work for us; it’s mostly about experience and knowing how things sound. Belgaum Road is always busy, so we get a lot of people stopping by with various mechanical issues. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with coffee and magazines. People usually just stand around and watch us work or come back later. It’s a straightforward business. We fix what’s broken and try to keep things running. The hours can be long, especially when someone’s truck breaks down late in the day, but that’s just the job. We’ve been a part of this road for years.
