Amits Classes

We run our classes from the second floor of Vimaleshwar Heights 2. It is on Kaktives Road here in Belgaum. One of the landmarks we tell people is the Government Urdu School nearby, since everyone knows where that is. The climb up to the second floor is good exercise, I suppose. The rooms are basic with benches and whiteboards for the students. We started Amits Classes because there seemed to be a need for something local in this part of town. The noise from the school next door can be a bit much during recess, but we have gotten used to it over time. We do not have a fancy reception or a big marketing team. It is mostly just us handling the teaching and the administration ourselves. During the monsoon, the rain hits the windows pretty hard, and we have to make sure the bags stay dry. We have a small corner where we keep all the registers and the chalk. It is a bit cramped when a full batch of students shows up, but we manage to make space for everyone. People from the neighborhood usually just walk over. We do not do much advertising; word of mouth from the parents at the Urdu school or the nearby houses is how most people find out we are here. It is a straightforward operation and we like it that way.
