Started the day early here at Old Pb Road. Most people know the spot because we’re right opposite Rupali Convention Hall. It gets busy when there’s a wedding or some big event over there, with cars and people everywhere. Altius Pharmaceutical is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn’t a fancy glass skyscraper or anything like that. We just handle the business of medicine. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We've got a small team here. Some of us have been around for years, while a few new faces joined recently to help with the load. We handle a lot of paperwork and heavy boxes. It’s mostly just making sure things get where they need to go in the Belgaum district without any errors. The office has that smell of old paper and lukewarm coffee. Someone usually forgets to turn off the fan in the back room at night. We don’t do big speeches or have a wall of shiny trophies. It’s just honest work. We show up, deal with the daily lists, and head home when the sun goes down. Usually, we grab some snacks from the vendor down the street before catching the bus. It’s a plain way to live, but it keeps us plenty busy. We know the guy who delivers the mail and the lady at the tea stall. When it rains, the street gets a bit muddy.
