Al-Cast Iron Industries

We’ve been here at 3-C in the Kangrali industrial area for quite some time now. It’s usually pretty loud around here with the machines going, but that is just how it is in this part of Nehrunagar. Most days we are just busy managing the foundry work and making sure the iron pours right. It gets hot, especially in the afternoons, but the guys are used to it by now. We started small and just kept at it, year after year. There is always something to fix or a mold that needs extra attention. You won't find anything fancy in our office, just some old desks and a lot of paperwork piled up from over the years. We mostly deal with local folks and other businesses around the Bk area. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, and we have to spend the morning just cleaning off the equipment before we can even start. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty within ten minutes of showing up. People stop by the gate asking for things, and we try to help out when we can. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just know we are here because they see the smoke or hear the hammers from the main road. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going, and it works for us. We just focus on getting the castings done and moving them out to the customers who need them. We like the rhythm of the shop and the way the metal looks when it finally cools down.
