It’s a good spot because the Radio Complex is right nearby, so people usually find the building without too much trouble. Sometimes people get confused with Balaji Arcade below us, but we are just one level above it. The office is full of files and some old furniture that has seen better days. It has that lived-in feel, like a place where real work happens every single day. There’s a lot of walking back and forth in the narrow hallway. We know most of the other people in the building, and we usually say hello while getting some water or heading out for a quick break. The corner location means we get to see a lot of what is happening on both streets. Belgaum weather can be funny, so some days it’s really hot in here and other times it feels just right. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the calendars and notes we need to get through the week. The building itself has that classic look you see around this part of town. It’s a busy area, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to park their scooters. You have to be careful where you leave your bike or you might get blocked in by someone else.
