Ullas Kini & Co

Ullas Kini & Co is tucked away on the first floor of the Pushpanjali building. We are located at No. 97 in Mangalwar Peth, which is part of the Tilakwadi area in Belgaum. It’s a nice enough spot, not too far from the main road but quiet enough that we can actually get some real work done. Being on the first floor means there are a few stairs to climb every morning, which we don’t really mind. The office itself is quite simple and honest. We have the usual things like desks, computers, and a lot of paper folders. Mangalwar Peth is a busy part of town, especially on certain days when the local markets are active. We’ve been here long enough that we know the rhythmic sounds of the neighborhood. Our team isn't very large, so we all know what each other is working on. We handle a variety of tasks every day. It’s not always exciting stuff, but it is the work that needs to get done. We appreciate the people who come to see us here in Tilakwadi. Most of them are locals who have been coming to this area for many years. We don't spend any money on big advertisements or marketing. We just rely on being here and doing our job consistently for everyone. If you walk up the stairs at Pushpanjali, you will find us. We keep the place functional and practical for our daily needs.
