We are based out in Athani, which is in the Belgaum district. Our shop is in the Salunkhe Complex, Cts No 2336. We are pretty close to the Datta Temple and the Kachari Tc, so we are easy to spot if you are in the area. Tuan Gems & Jewels India Private Limited has been a part of this town for a while. Athani is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we don't need to do much talking about ourselves. We just open up the shop every morning and wait for the regulars to come in. We deal with gems and various types of jewellery. The complex can get quite busy on market days when people from the surrounding villages come into town. We like the energy of those days. It is a simple setup with glass counters and some old chairs for people to sit on while they look at the gold. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just local people selling stones and jewels to our neighbors. The temple nearby gives a nice vibe to the street, and we often hear the bells ringing throughout the day. It’s an honest living and we are happy to be part of the Belgaum business community. It’s quiet work, but we like it that way and the people are friendly.
