Suvarna Traders

We are based at spot number 389 in the APMC Yard in Bailhongal. If you have ever been to a market yard, you know it is a very busy and loud place to be. We are Suvarna Traders, and we spend our time buying and selling various goods that come in from the surrounding farms. The day starts very early here, often before the sun is even up, with trucks and tractors lining up to unload. Our little office is right in the middle of the action, so there is always dust and the sound of people shouting prices. We use a lot of big scales to weigh the bags and we spend a lot of time writing out receipts on little pads of paper. It is a rough environment and you have to be ready to move quickly when the market gets moving. We have been trading at the Bailhongal yard for a long time, so we know most of the other traders and the farmers who come by. We do not have any fancy office furniture, just a couple of plastic chairs and a table that is usually covered in samples of grain or cotton. It is a tough way to make a living, but it is honest and it keeps us right in the heart of the local trade. We just do our work and go home tired.
