Souncast Founders & Engineers

We are located over on Ramghat Road in Ganeshpur. It’s a decent area for a business like ours because it's easy for trucks to get in and out. Souncast Founders & Engineers is really just a group of us who know our way around engineering and foundry work. We spend most of our hours looking at blueprints or checking on the metal pours. It isn’t the kind of job where you stay clean. By the end of the shift, everyone has a bit of grease or soot on them, but that's how you know the work is getting done. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, one of the guys from the back has to wipe their hands and come out to see what’s needed. Ganeshpur has changed a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed right here doing the same kind of stuff. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day fixing a belt or a motor, but that’s part of it. We just handle the jobs as they come through the door. Some projects are small, and some take up the whole floor for weeks. We don't talk much about visions or anything like that. We just make sure the parts are solid and the dimensions are what the customer asked for. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up at night.
