We are based in Belgaum at H No 48 in Sambaji Galli. It’s right off the 1st Cross on Mahadwar Road. The area is pretty traditional and has been around forever. Our LLP handles yarn, which is a bit of a messy business but we like it. The zip code is 590001 if you are looking for us on a map. There’s always a bit of thread or lint on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of working with yarn. Our neighbors are mostly other small shops and houses. It gets quite lively during the festival seasons around here. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local business trying to do things right. The office is small and filled with samples. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and people who need yarn for their own projects. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the roads in this part of Belgaum are narrow. We don't mind much, we just wait and get to work when the truck arrives. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t use fancy software or anything like that for everything, just paper and pens for a lot of the notes. We’ve been part of this street for a long time. It is just a regular life of buying and selling yarn in a busy town.
