Our place is over in Belagavi, specifically inside the Ganga Arcade on the first floor. If you walk all the way to the back, we have a space there that's been partitioned off. It is C.T.S. No. 7330 in Sector 10, right in the Anjneya Nagar area. It’s 590016 for the post. The office isn't very big, but it serves the purpose for what we do with the chit funds. We have some old wooden desks and a few plastic chairs for when people come to talk about their accounts. The lighting isn't the brightest in the back section of the arcade, but we have a couple of tube lights that do the job. You can hear the noise from the street outside sometimes, especially the motorbikes going through Sector 10. Most people who live around here know the building, so they just walk up the stairs and find us at the back. We spend a lot of time writing in the books and checking the monthly collections. It gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, so we have to wipe the tables down every morning. There’s a small tea shop downstairs where we usually get our tea from twice a day. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in Belagavi. We don’t really do anything fancy, just keep the records straight and wait for the members to stop by. Sometimes the rainy season makes the arcade a bit damp, but we keep the files high up.
