SHIVARATN CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED

We have our office at House No. 362 in Gokak, over in the Belgaum area. It’s more of a residential-style building that we use for the chit fund business. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything like that. It’s just a house where we have set up some desks and filing cabinets to keep things organized. We’ve been in this part of Karnataka for a long time, and we know the area well. The office is pretty quiet for the most part, except for when people stop by to drop off their payments or join a new group. We spend our days mostly on the administrative side of things, making sure every rupee is accounted for. It’s a small, family-like atmosphere here. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just get the work done. The house is a bit older, so it has its quirks, like a squeaky door or a floor that isn't quite level, but it serves us well. Most of our members are neighbors or people from the nearby streets. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, word of mouth is enough for us. We just focus on being reliable and keeping the books in order. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us and the people in Gokak who trust us with their savings. We've been here for a bit now.
