You will find us at RS No 58/2 in the Kaval Peth Oni area of Saundatti. We are right by the 100 Kva Tmc Tc, which is a bit of a landmark for those who live around here. Being in Belagavi district, it’s a quieter pace than the big cities, but we stay busy enough. The office is pretty basic. We have some heavy wooden desks and old filing cabinets. The furniture is just simple stuff we’ve had for a while. It’s where we do all our daily calculations and keep the records for the chit groups. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but otherwise, it's a good location. We mostly deal with local farmers and small shop owners from the village. Everyone knows everyone here, so there is a lot of chatting along with the business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work manually for the most part. The power goes out sometimes, so we keep candles and torches handy. We start early in the morning before it gets too warm. It’s a practical way to run things. We just make sure the money is accounted for and the members are happy with how the rounds are going. It’s been our routine for quite a while now. We just keep our heads down and get the registers filled.
