Raja Bhat And Kumuda Foundation

Our place is located at Plot No. 4 in Sadashiv Nagar over in Belgaum. It is a decent area and we have been set up here for a bit now. The foundation is named after Raja Bhat and Kumuda, and we just try to keep things running smoothly from this office. It’s a standard plot, nothing too flashy, with some trees nearby that give a bit of shade in the afternoons. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We usually have the windows open to let the breeze in since Belgaum weather is usually alright. There are a few of us who come in every morning, drink some tea, and then get to work on whatever is on the list for that day. We don’t have a massive team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s cleaning up or handling the main tasks. It feels like a family business even though it is a foundation. People in Sadashiv Nagar are mostly quiet neighbors, so we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit loud, but inside it is mostly just the sound of pens scratching on paper or a keyboard clicking. We aren’t trying to be the biggest group out there; we just want to do our part from this little corner of Karnataka. It’s simple work and we prefer it that way. Usually, we wrap up by six.
