Prathamesh Alloys

We are located at Spl. 4/M-10 in the Industrial Estate in Udyambag. Prathamesh Alloys is pretty much what you’d expect from a place in an industrial area. It’s hot, there’s a lot of metal, and the machines make a fair bit of noise throughout the day. We don’t have much in the way of a front office; mostly, it’s just the workshop where everything happens. We spend our days working with different alloys, melting things down and getting them into the shapes people need for their own businesses. The air has that metallic smell that never really goes away, and our clothes usually end up pretty dirty by the afternoon. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the specs and get to work. It’s hard labor, and it takes a bit of a toll, but we’re used to it. The estate is full of other businesses like ours, so there’s a lot of shared history in this part of Udyambag. We don't have a website that gets updated every day or a social media page. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or old contracts. We just keep our heads down and focus on the furnace and the molds. It’s a basic way of living, but it’s how we’ve always done it. We show up, do the casting, and make sure the deliveries are ready.
