P B Kulkarni Foundation

The P B Kulkarni Foundation is based in Tilakwadi. We’re in B Block, room 301, inside the Nasco Elegance building. It’s on the 4th Cross in Bhagya Nagar. Tilakwadi is a well-known part of the city, and the building is easy to spot once you get onto the right cross street. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the tops of the trees, which is nice. The foundation is named after P B Kulkarni, and we try to keep things grounded and simple here. The office isn't very large. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a central table where we eat lunch together. It’s a quiet atmosphere for the most part, unless the windows are open and we can hear the kids playing in the street below. We don't use much corporate speak here. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we’re a foundation. There’s always some administrative work to catch up on or some filing that got neglected. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know most of the other tenants. It feels like a small community. We don't have a website that we update every day or a fancy social media presence. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized within our four walls. It’s a modest setup but it suits us and the work we handle every day.
