Orthopedic Hospital

Down here in Hidkal, near the Mugalkhod Temple, is where you will find our orthopedic hospital. It is a quiet area, which is nice for people who are trying to recover. We have been operating in Hidkal for some time now. We aren't a massive city hospital with thousands of beds. We are a smaller place where we focus on bones and surgery. Being near the temple gives the place a calm feeling, which we think helps the patients. We don't have any marketing teams or people in suits running things. It’s just the medical staff and the people who keep the building clean and running. We see a lot of people from the surrounding villages. They come to us when they have had a fall or if they have joint pain that won't go away. We explain things in plain English, or whatever language the patient is comfortable with. No need for complicated medical jargon that nobody understands. The building is older, but it's sturdy and serves its purpose well enough. We spend our days in the operating room or checking on patients in the wards. It's hard work, but it's what we do. We don't make big promises, we just do the surgery or the treatment and then help with the recovery. Most of our patients find us because their neighbor or cousin told them about us. That's how things work around here in Hidkal. We’re just part of the local landscape now, doing our bit for the community.
