Being in the 590006 part of Belgaum is nice because it’s a bit different from the main city center. We run this multi-specialty clinic with a focus on just getting things done for the people who live nearby. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room to handle various health issues. Most days are pretty steady with people coming in for check-ups or dental work. We didn’t want a place that felt like a cold institution, so we kept the atmosphere a bit more relaxed. The waiting area has a few magazines and we try to keep the wait times down, though sometimes things run over if a case is complicated. My team and I have been working out of this Tilakwadi office for a while now. We know the bank staff downstairs and the other shop owners in the plaza. It feels like a little community here. We don't spend money on big advertisements; people just talk and that's how they find out about us. If you need to see someone, just head up the stairs at Mahalaxmi Plaza. We’re usually there from the morning until the evening, keeping things running as best as we can.
