We've been over here on Ranade Rd in Belgaum for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the people coming in for diabetes checks and other specialist needs. We’re tucked away at CSD-2 241, so it takes a minute to find us if you aren't local. The hospital runs pretty late most days because there’s always someone needing something. The doctors keep their heads down and just do the work. It’s not a fancy place with gold walls or anything, just a solid building where we try to keep things organized. Mostly, it’s about making sure the clinic rooms are ready and the staff knows who is coming in next. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded, and we have to pull out extra chairs. We deal with a lot of regular faces who come in every few weeks to check their sugar levels. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking charts, honestly. We have the super specialty side of things too, which keeps the nurses on their toes. It’s a job where you don’t really sit down much. Being part of the CCB 35 area means we see neighbors and folks from further out too. The mornings start early here, usually before the sun is fully up, getting the labs ready for the first blood tests. You can hear the city waking up outside while we are inside checking the equipment. We just try to get through the daily schedule.
