Manadhalu Chits Private Limited

Our office is over on Yogikoll Road in Gokak. It’s a bit of a specific spot, R.S.No 464, Plot No-27 to be exact. If you are coming from the main part of town, you just head towards the Gokak area in Belagavi district and you'll find us. Manadhalu Chits Private Limited is the name on the papers, but to most people, we are just the local chit office. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with the local folks who live around here or come in from the nearby villages. It gets dusty sometimes with the traffic on the road, but we keep the place as clean as we can. The work isn't anything glamorous. It involves a lot of record-keeping and making sure everyone’s payments are logged. We have a few chairs for people to wait in, and maybe an old fan going if it’s hot out, which it usually is. Gokak is a good place to be, and being near the Taluka office area means there's always something going on outside. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most people know we are here just by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they pass by on their way to work. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, open the doors, and get through the day's tasks. It’s about being there when someone needs to drop off their contribution or ask a quick question about their group. We just keep the ledger books updated and the tea brewing.
