This place is right on Kirloskar Road in Khade Bazaar. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets around here. Our building is 98-98-4, and it’s been our base for a good while now. We handle a lot of different things, mostly moving goods and dealing with paperwork for local orders. The shop gets pretty messy during the middle of the day with boxes stacked up near the entrance. We try to keep a path clear for anyone walking in. It’s not a big corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. We have some old desks and a lot of ledgers. Khade Bazaar has a certain energy that never really stops. You hear the vendors shouting and the bikes zooming past all day long. We start our mornings by checking what came in overnight. Sometimes the deliveries are late, which messes up the schedule, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families. Some of the regulars stop by just to say hello or check on a price. It’s a lot of manual work, shifting crates and counting stock. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time for that yet. We’re just here on Kirloskar Road doing our thing every day. Most of the time we are just busy with the small details of the trade.
