Maha-Annapurneshwari Bakers Privatelimited is situated at 1640, Vatarkar Farms. It’s right near the Ram Mandir on Chikodi Road in Examba. Being out near the farms means it is a bit different from the city bakeries. It’s a bit quieter, and you can actually hear the wind in the trees most days. We chose this spot because it was close to home and had the space we needed for our setup. It’s not a polished corporate facility. It’s more of a farm-based building that we converted into a place to bake. We spend our mornings getting the ovens ready and our afternoons packing things up. Having the Ram Mandir nearby is a nice landmark for people who are trying to find us on Chikodi Road. To be honest, the road can get a bit muddy when it rains, and we’ve had our fair share of struggles with the weather affecting the baking, but that’s just part of being in Examba. We are just a small group of local workers who show up and do what needs to be done. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. We just focus on the batches we are making that day and hope for the best. It’s hard work, and sometimes the days feel very long, but we are used to the pace of life here. It’s just a simple operation at Vatarkar Farms, nothing more and nothing less.
