K T N Metals has been operating out of Plot No. 149-150-151 in Udyambag for quite a few years. Our place is right at Sy. No. 781/1, B, and it is usually a pretty busy spot during the day. We don’t have a fancy front office with a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and find someone near the machines. The floor is often covered in metal shavings and dust, but that’s just how a workshop is. We do various types of metal work, mostly the heavy stuff that people need for their own projects. It’s loud and it’s dirty, but we don't mind it much. We have a small crew and most of us have been here since the start. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just focus on the job at hand. The address is easy to find once you get into Udyambag, even if the road is a bit bumpy. We’ve had the same neighbors for a long time, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a practical place for people who just want their metal work done without any fuss. We keep the tools sharp and the machines oiled, and that’s about all there is to it.
