Happy Heart Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away in Anand Residency on the 2nd cross, right next to the Central Bank of India in Tilak Wad. It’s a convenient spot because most people know where the bank is. We’ve been here in Tilak Wad for several years now. The focus of this clinic is heart health, which is something we take seriously but we talk about it in plain English. We don't like using a lot of medical jargon that no one understands. When a patient comes in, we just sit down and talk about what’s going on. The office is part of the residency building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile hospital. We have a few rooms for checkups and the equipment we need for heart monitoring. The staff is small, usually just a couple of us handling the phones and the patients. It can get a little crowded in the waiting area if a few people show up at once, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but the bank next door is still there and so are we. People from around the 2nd cross usually just walk over. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest clinic in the city. We just want to be a reliable place where people in Tilak Wad can get their hearts checked without any fuss. The residency building is fairly well-kept and the neighbors are friendly enough. We chose this spot because it's not on the main noisy road, which is better for patients who need some peace.
