Gabasthi Agro Exports Private Limited started out small in Shirlal. We are at 1-177/1, right in the Hadiangadi area. It is a quiet spot but we stay busy with the agro work. Most days are spent talking to farmers and checking the stuff that comes in before it goes out for export. It is not fancy here. We have some desks, a lot of registers, and the sound of trucks coming and going. The weather in this part of the country really dictates how our week looks. If it rains hard, things slow down, but usually, we are just pushing through the schedule. It is a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the quality is right because once it leaves the Shirlal post area, it is a long journey. We have been here for a bit now, and the locals know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet is slow, but that is just how it is working in a place like this. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a practical space where we get the job done. My cousin helps with the paperwork sometimes, and we have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and packing. It is straightforward work. We do not try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just move agricultural products from here to where they need to be.
