CHOUNDESHWARY URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

We are based out of Khanapur, right on Lengare Road. The office is in a building covering C.S. NO 2339 to 2346, specifically in Flat No 202. It’s a bit of an older building, but it suits us just fine. Choundeshwary Urban Nidhi Limited is where we spend most of our waking hours. We handle things like small deposits and helping folks with their finances. It’s a practical setup with some wooden desks and a lot of filing cabinets. The view from the second floor overlooks the road, which can be quite lively on market days. We have a lot of regulars who come in from the surrounding villages. They know us by name, and we know them. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We spend a lot of time double-checking the numbers to make sure everything adds up. Dealing with money means you have to be careful, even if the office feels casual. We’ve been part of the Khanapur community for a while and just keep doing what we do every day without much noise. It’s a straightforward life here on Lengare Road. We just keep our books straight and help the people who walk through our door.
