Beleza Realty Private Limited is actually located in Belgaum, not Bangalore like a lot of other companies. You can find us at CTS no 4824C A1, right near the Kodkany Eye Centre. It’s a well-known landmark in the area, so most people don't have much trouble finding us once they get to the right street. Working in Belgaum has a much different feel than the bigger cities. The pace is a bit slower and we actually know most of our neighbors by name. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle property sales and management for this region. We have some desks, a few chairs for when people come in to discuss deals, and usually a stack of local newspapers lying around. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a few of us working together to manage the various properties on our books. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on, which is just part of the local experience. We spend a lot of time out in the field, literally, looking at sites and meeting with owners. It’s a lot of manual work, checking documents and making sure everything is in order at the municipal office. We like the climate here and the fact that we can get around without spending hours in a traffic jam. It’s a simple, honest business and we like it that way.
