B P Janagouda & Co is located at Renuka Nivas, which is number 291 on Dr Stm Road. It is right there on Kapileshwar Road, and if you are looking for a landmark, Prakash Talkies is just a short walk away. Being so close to a movie theater means there is always something going on around this neighborhood. You can always tell when a big new movie is playing because the whole street gets packed with people and bikes. Our office is more like a house than a typical commercial building, which gives it a much more relaxed vibe. It is Renuka Nivas, so it has that residential feel that we like. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and it is usually quiet enough to get our things done. We have got some plants outside and the usual Belgaum dust on the window sills. It is a comfortable place to work every day. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy on the front. Most people who come here already know us or have been told exactly where to find the place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just going through the piles of mail. Sometimes we walk down towards the talkies just to get some fresh air during a lunch break. It is a good neighborhood to be in. The building is sturdy and has been here a long time.
