We are easy to find because we are located right beside the HDFC Bank on Congress Road in Tilakwadi. Being in Belgaum, we get a mix of weather, but Congress Road is always busy. Having the bank next door means there is always a lot of activity and people moving around outside. Ayurtej Multispecialist Ayurved Hospital has a simple setup. We have the reception area right as you walk in, and then the different rooms are down the corridor. It’s a practical layout for us. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going from one room to another. The building is sturdy and has been here for a good amount of time. We keep the windows open when it’s nice out, though the road noise can get a bit much. We don’t use any complicated systems; we mostly stick to what we know works. The staff is used to the rhythms of the street outside. We see the bank customers coming and going while we handle our own visitors. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everyone who comes in is seen to. It’s a local place through and through. We appreciate the people who trust us to help them. It is just our daily life here on Congress Road.
