Atmiyare Chits Private Limited

Atmiyare Chits is located on Maratha Galli in Gokak. The building is CTS No 2150, and it’s right in the heart of the local area. Maratha Galli is one of those streets that always feels alive with people and small shops. Our office is a small, traditional space that fits right in with the rest of the street. It’s been there for a while, and the walls have that lived-in look. Inside, we have some sturdy wooden tables and chairs for when members come in for the auctions. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on the breeze coming through the door and the old fan on the ceiling. Dealing with chits in a place like Gokak means you’re dealing with neighbors and friends. We keep our records in thick books, writing everything down in ink. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. You won’t find any sleek glass partitions here. It’s just an open room where everyone can see what’s happening. On auction days, the place gets quite full and noisy, with everyone talking at once. But most days, it’s just a couple of us sitting here, waiting for people to drop by to pay their dues. We take our time with the paperwork to make sure it’s right. It’s a simple, honest way to run a chit fund, and we like being part of the Maratha Galli community.
