As Site Engineer At Sobha Developers Ltd. Pune

I am currently working as a site engineer at Sobha Developers Ltd, focusing on the Pune side of things, but my home base is H.No 186 in Belgaum. It is located right near the Buda Complex in the T.V Center area, 590001. Working for a big name like Sobha keeps me pretty busy with site visits and technical checks. Even though the projects are often tied to Pune, I spend a lot of time coordinating from here in Belgaum. The house is in a well-known part of town near the complex, so it's easy to explain to people where I am. Being a site engineer involves a lot of practical problem-solving on the ground. I have to look at materials, talk to workers, and make sure the schedules are being met. It’s not an office job where you sit still all day. There is always something that needs fixing or checking. I’ve lived in Belgaum for a long time, and I like the balance of working on these big projects while staying in a familiar neighborhood. My workspace at home is filled with blueprints and safety gear. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but I know where everything is. I don't really do much marketing or anything; I just focus on the engineering side of the business and getting things built right. It is a busy life but it keeps things interesting.
