Our office is located in Adarsh Nagar in the town of Begusarai in Bihar. It is near the Ulao post office. Begusarai is a place where a lot of development is happening and we are right in the middle of it. Our space is just a regular building in a residential area that we converted into an office. We keep our tools and some of our smaller equipment in the back. The front room has a few chairs for visitors and a large desk where we keep all our project files. It is often quite loud because of the traffic on the main road and the construction noise from nearby buildings. We have a small team of guys from the local area who work hard every day. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. Sometimes we have to work late when a project is behind schedule. The weather in Bihar can be very extreme with the heat and the rain so we have to plan our work around that. We don't have a fancy logo or a big advertising budget. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We just take care of the erecting work and make sure the structures are solid. That is basically all there is to it. We keep our gear ready for the next job.
