We are based on the first floor near the Tiliser main gate in Barauni. It is in Ward Number 23, near Gurdaspur. Prem Kumar Singh’s place is where you will find us. Sanyojit Vikash Mutual Nidhi Limited is a small setup we started to help people in the Bihat Nagar Parishad area. The office isn't very large, but it is enough for what we do. We handle the paperwork for the local savings and help members out when they need it. Being near the main gate makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their shopping or errands. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful coming up. We spend most of our time here managing the accounts. It is a busy part of Begusarai, especially with the refinery and all the movement around Barauni. We see a lot of different faces every day. It is not a corporate bank, just a mutual benefit thing for the local community. We do our best to keep things running smoothly without making it too complicated. People come in, ask their questions, and we try to give them clear answers. Most of the members are people from the neighborhood or small shop owners around Gurdaspur. It is a community effort really. We just provide the space and the organization to make the savings work for everyone. The paperwork keeps us busy, but we make sure to take time for anyone walking in.
