Our business is located at Sachidanand Singh’s place in Matihani, right here in the Begusarai district. We have been doing construction work in Matihani-I for quite a while now. It is a local operation through and through. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just us and the local workers we hire for the jobs. Begusarai is a place where people value hard work, and that is what we try to provide every day. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger building project, we approach it the same way—just get it done without a lot of talking. We spend our mornings checking the equipment and making sure everyone knows what they are doing for the day. The office is just a room in the house where we keep the books and take calls. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where all the decisions happen. Sometimes the supply chain for bricks or sand gets interrupted, and we have to scramble to find another source. That’s just the way it goes around here. We don't try to sound like experts; we just use our experience to solve problems. We are proud to be from Matihani and to be helping build up our own community one brick at a time. It's simple, honest work that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We just keep our tools sharp and our minds on the job.
