Prithasakha Foundation

Prithasakha Foundation is based in Begusarai. We are associated with Chitranjan Prasad Singh and Panch Badan Prasad Singh who have been here a long time. It is a family-run kind of thing in many ways. Begusarai is a big district but we are in a specific part of the town. The pin code is 851101 for our office. We have lived in Bihar our whole lives so we know the area well. This foundation is our way of staying active and doing something useful. The office is just a regular house that we have converted. We do not have any big signs or posters on the walls. People who need us usually know how to find the Singh family home. It is a bit old-fashioned maybe but it works for us. We do not use a lot of technology or fancy gadgets. Just enough to keep the records moving. The streets here can be a bit crowded during the market hours. We have got our own little space where it stays mostly quiet. We spend our mornings going through records and talking to the local people who stop by. Begusarai has its own way of doing things and we fit right into that. There is no need for us to be fancy or corporate. We just do the work that comes our way every day. It has been like this for a while and we are fine with it. We just want to do our bit.
