Our office is on the first floor of a building on Nafees Road, right in the heart of the Batla House area. New Delhi is always noisy and crowded, and this neighborhood is no exception. We are at F-12, and if you come up the stairs, you’ll see our small team surrounded by blueprints and stacks of files. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have visitors or builders coming in to discuss a new site. Construction is a messy business, and our office reflects that a bit—there’s usually some dust and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend half our time here and the other half out at the actual sites, making sure things are being built the way they should be. The traffic on Nafees Road can be a nightmare, so we’ve learned to plan our days around it. We aren't the type of company that has a polished receptionist or a fancy waiting room. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around a table drinking chai and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a project. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We deal with laborers, suppliers, and city officials every day. It’s tiring work, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on without making too much of a fuss about it.
